Refund & Cancellation Policy

You have full control over your subscription at all times. You may cancel your paid subscription (Pro or Premium) at any point:

1. Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel auto-renewal directly inside your dashboard under Settings → Billing, or through the customer billing portal link provided in your receipt.
2. Immediate Cessation of Future Charges: Cancelling stops all future automatic billing renewals immediately. There are no cancellation fees, penalty charges, or lock-in contracts.
3. Retained Access ("Access Until" Date): When you cancel, you will continue to enjoy full access to your paid features, tools, and storage until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle (whether monthly or yearly). On that date, your account will automatically transition to the Free tier without interruption to your tracked applications.

We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time subscription purchases:

1. Eligibility Window: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the transaction date.
2. How to Request: Simply email our support team at support@useaplyr.com with your account email and invoice or transaction reference. You do not need to provide an extensive justification.
3. Processing & Payout: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution or card issuer, funds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Post-30-Day Transactions: After the 30-day window has passed, subscription payments are non-refundable for that billing period. Cancelling will stop renewal for subsequent cycles.

To ensure maximum payment security and global regulatory compliance, your transactions are facilitated by authorized payment entities:

• Global USD Transactions (Dodo Payments Inc.): For all international payments in USD, Dodo Payments Inc. acts as our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments is responsible for compliant payment processing, sales tax and VAT calculation, customer invoicing, and merchant-of-record refund processing. Refunds on USD orders are executed through Dodo Payments' banking infrastructure.
• Nigerian Naira Transactions (Paystack): For local transactions in NGN, payments are processed through Paystack. Refunds on NGN orders are credited back to your original bank card or account via Paystack's gateway.
